Accounts Officer: Full-Set Accounting + Bonus & Transport
Job summary
An accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Officer to perform essential bookkeeping and accounting services for external clients. The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma in Accountancy, 1 year of relevant experience, and proficiency in accounting software. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, streamlining processes, and training junior staff. The position offers a salary of $3,100 to $4,000 along with transport reimbursement and performance bonuses.

- At least diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in an accounting firm.
- Proven exposure to managing full sets of accounts or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular bookkeeping and accounting services for external clients.
- Preparation of client’s unaudited financial statements in accordance to FRSs.
- Streamline clients’ cashflow monitoring processes.
- Provide internal process consultancy and backoffice software consultancy.
- Review junior consultants’ work for accuracy.
- Conduct trainings for clients on MYOB and other software.
- Manage internal and clients’ statutory deadlines.
