Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Well-versed in SFRS(I) and other accounting regulatory requirements.
• Experience with audit and tax preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly financial closing and preparation of journals.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with ad-hoc assignments as required.
