About the role

This is a full-time Accounts Executive role at SENG HUP AUTO CREDIT PRIVATE LIMITED' based in Redhill Central Region. As an integral part of the Accounting team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of bookkeeping and small practice accounting duties to support the company's financial operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

  • Preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations on a timely basis

  • Assisting with the month-end and year-end closing processes

  • Prepare GST submissions

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Accounts Executive or Bookkeeping role, preferably in the Accounting & Small Practice industry

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures

  • Proficient in using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office suite

  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Relevant educational qualifications (e.g. Diploma in Accounting or equivalent)
