Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or engineering industry.
• Knowledge of progress billing, retention, and project costing is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Singapore accounting and tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.
• Verify supplier invoices and process payments to suppliers.
• Prepare customer invoices and follow up on payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Assist in annual audit and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
