Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Accounting professional to handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, process invoices, and assist with financial reporting. Candidates should hold a diploma in Accounting or Finance with 1–2 years of relevant experience. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience in Singapore.
- Experience in HR and accounting support roles preferred.
- Responsible and organized.
Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions.
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation.
Skills
Education
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation as required.
- Work closely with the HR and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience in Singapore, preferably in HR and accounting support roles.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
Able to start work in December.
