Job summary

A logistics recruitment firm in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage exports and shipping operations. Responsibilities include coordinating with factories and preparing shipping documents. Job description

Responsibility

• Responsible for handling exports / shipping operations to global markets.
• Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories / customers / service providers.
• Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.
• Verify service provider bills. Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
• Support Manager/Team Leader in PowerPoint preparation.
• Job coverage during colleagues’ absence (buddy system).

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics or related discipline.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years in logistics and/or shipping industry.
• Computer literacy in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Experience in Power BI and analytics will be an added advantage.
