A leading global medical technology company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Business Partner for MMS Business to drive strategic decision-making and financial performance across the region. The role involves partnering with leadership teams, supporting business strategies, and ensuring compliance. Finance Business Partner, MMS Business- Contract
You will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and financial performance across the region. This role partners closely with the MMS regional leadership team, country finance leads, and global finance stakeholders to deliver insights, challenge assumptions, and support growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with business curiosity and a collaborative mindset.
Act as a trusted advisor to the MMS Greater Asia leadership team, providing financial insights and strategic guidance.
Support development and execution of regional business strategies, including pricing, portfolio optimization, and market expansion.
Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the MMS business in Greater Asia.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
Prepare and present monthly business reviews, variance analyses, and ad hoc reports to senior stakeholders.
Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to evaluate business cases, investments, and operational initiatives.
Collaborate with country finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment of financial reporting and planning.
Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and compliance requirements.
Support internal and external audits as needed.
