Job summary

A consulting firm based in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to manage full accounts. Responsibilities include handling accounts payables and receivables, preparing cash flow reports, and supporting audit processes. • Manage the full set of accounts including monthly closing.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow reports.

Professional Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or related fields

Job description

Manage full set of accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing.

Process and record accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and ensure AR/AP modules reconcile with control accounts.

Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow reports, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.

Review audit schedules, prepare audit packages, and consolidate group reports.

Handle SST/E-Invoicing, perform accounting tasks related to company operations, and support additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum “O” level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Account or related fields.
• At least 1-2 year of working experience in the related field is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint will be an advantage.
