- Min Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent field.
Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts.
- Cash flow management and projection.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly GST, financial statements and reporting.
- Handle daily account operations & month end closing.
- Prepare audit schedules.
- Update cashflow report, prepare journal entries.
- Liaise with external agents on audit, tax and board resolution.
- Assist in quarterly & annually filing and survey with STAT.
- Assist in contract billings, setting up New Accounts in MYOB.
- Handling management accounts and group consolidation accounts.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
