About the Role

A well-established organisation in the science and technology sector is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Cum Admin Assistant to support daily finance and office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys numbers, structure, and administrative work in a stable environment.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts (AR / AP)
  • Handle daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
  • Prepare invoices, process supplier payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables
  • Maintain accurate and organised financial records
  • Assist with month-end closing tasks and basic financial reporting
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and customers on billing matters
Administrative Duties
  • Provide general administrative support for office operations
  • Manage filing, documentation, correspondence, and office supplies
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AR/AP and administrative responsibilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with accounting software is an advantage
