Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $3000

Job Responsibilities
  • Process daily transactions relating to New Business Underwriting, including new applications, medical/premium billing, refunds & despatch matters.
  • Liaise with intermediaries and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide backup support during team members’ absences
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects to support business operations.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Life Insurance or similar industries.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
  • A proactive problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Dedicated and reliable team player with strong time management skills and the flexibility to support peak periods when needed
