Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for the company's daily fund allocation, collection and payment operations, and account management, ensuring the security and accuracy of fund flows; conducting regular fund inventories and bank reconciliations, and preparing fund reports.
  2. Participate in the preparation of the company's monthly and annual fund budgets, monitor budget execution, and analyze fund utilization efficiency; assist in identifying and assessing funding risks, ensure the effective implementation of internal controls, and provide timely warnings of potential issues.
  3. Maintain cooperative relationships with financial institutions such as banks, handle cross-border collection and payment businesses, and assist in completing the allocation and compliance operations of related funds.
  4. Collaborate with business departments to manage accounts receivable and support their funding needs; participate in the optimization or digital transformation of the fund management system to enhance the efficiency of fund operations.
Job Requirements
  1. Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with accounts receivable and fund management modules.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
