Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a team assistant to support the sales team by producing reports, managing client databases, and coordinating meetings. The ideal candidate should hold a Polytechnic Diploma in a related field and have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or client servicing role. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in producing accurate prompt reports.
  • Liaise with stakeholders for RFPs and presentation materials.
  • Prepare performance pages for fund presentations monthly.
  • Manage collateral and client database, updating CRM.
  • Assist in KYC due diligence screening for clients.
  • Coordinate and set up internal meetings for the team.
  • Confirm travel arrangements and appointments.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team in producing accurate and prompt department reports
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain inputs for RFPs, reports and presentation materials for prospects.
  • Prepare and update performance and factsheet pages for fund presentations on a monthly basis, including upcoming and adhoc client meetings
  • Manage collateral and client database, assist in updating and maintaining the CRM database.
  • Assist in KYC due diligence screening new and existing client accounts.
  • Coordinate and set up internal meetings for the team.
  • Coordinate and confirm on travel arrangements and appointments.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Polytechnic Diploma in related field (Economics, Finance, Accounting)
  • 1 year of experience as a team assistant, administrative or client servicing support role.
  • Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Mail merge skills. Knowledge of VBA or use of Excel Pivot tables is a plus.
  • High sense of responsibility and attentive to detail.
