A leading international engineering firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced professional for an architectural role. You will be responsible for inspecting works, monitoring installation, and supervising quality control of site activities. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant engineering degree and have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field. This role offers a chance to contribute to significant infrastructure projects within a dynamic team.

Responsabilidades
- Inspect works carried out by the contractor regarding architectural scope.
- Monitor installation of finishing activities for compliance.
- Supervise quality control of site architectural works.
- Review contractor's QA test reports for finishing systems.
- Conduct daily surveillance inspections to ensure contractor compliance.
- Handle technical assignments for materials and equipment procurement.
- Witness QA/QC off-site tests for finishing products.
- Conduct snagging inspections and share the snag list.

- Inspection of works carried out by the contractor in respect of the works relative to the Architectural scope of works and systems.
- Monitoring installation of all finishing activities of the project to ensure compliance with approved and proper standards.
- Supervise and verify the quality control of site Architectural works to ensure conformity with all contract documents for the project.
- Review Contractor’s QA test Reports of various Finishing systems.
- Carry out daily surveillance Inspections to the site works to ensure the contractor’s compliance with the drawings, specifications, and Material approvals.
- Carry out technical assignments for materials and equipment being procured for the project through Material delivery report.
- Witness regularly various QA/QC off-site tests carried out on Architectural works, by the independent lab for all finishing products when required.
- Carry out all the snagging inspections and share the snag list with the Senior team.
Bachelors or engineering degree related to Architectural or Engineering
