Job Title: Telecom Site Supervisor Tower Erection

We are urgently hiring a Telecom Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in tower erection and telecom civil works. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining site safety and quality standards.
Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to telecom tower erection (Greenfield and Rooftop).
Coordinate with subcontractors, riggers, crane operators, and logistics teams to ensure smooth site execution.
Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of erection, alignment, and antenna installation.
Conduct site inspections and ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
Maintain daily site reports, photographs, and work logs.
Ensure installation follows client (Huawei or other OEM) specifications.
Handle material verification, BOQ confirmation, and inventory checks.
Liaise with project managers, civil teams, and client representatives for updates and approvals.
Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines on all active sites.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Telecom Site Supervisor in tower erection projects.
Strong knowledge of tower types (RTT, GBT, monopole) and erection procedures.
Familiarity with Huawei telecom infrastructure standards is a plus.
Ability to read site drawings and basic use of AutoCAD.
Excellent team coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
Valid Saudi residency (Iqama) with transferable status is preferred.
Physically fit and willing to work in outdoor field conditions.
