Job description

The Private Business Account Manager for Saudi Arabia will be responsible for developing and managing strategic accounts across key private sector verticals including Utilities, Transportation, and the rapidly expanding Data Center and Hyperscaler ecosystem. This role requires close coordination with the Head of Private Business – EMEA and the regional sales reference for the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian business landscape, particularly in infrastructure and technology-driven sectors, and preferably experience in test and measurement instrumentation environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for private sector clients in Saudi Arabia, with a strong focus on Utilities, Transportation, and Hyperscaler/Data Center segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their technical and business needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned verticals.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams, distributors, and regional stakeholders to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Provide regular updates on account performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
  • Support RFP responses in coordination with Product Line Managers, ensuring technical accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Educate / Coordinate trainings for partners on relevant technologies, applications, and market dynamics specific to Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing large accounts in infrastructure-related sectors such as Hyperscalers, Data Centers, Utilities, Transportation...

Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabian private sector and technology landscape.

Experience in test and measurement instrumentation or as a technical supplier to infrastructure clients is a plus.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and self-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Familiarity with CRM tools and account management systems.

Bachelor’s degree in technical field (e.g., Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering) or equivalent experience.

5+ years in account management, sales, or business development in the technology or infrastructure industry.

Arabic + Fluent in English.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer events with a focus on technical product applications.
Travel:

Willing and able to travel within Saudi Arabia and occasionally across the Middle East and EMEA (approx. 40% of the time).
