A leading recruitment consultancy in Saudi Arabia is actively seeking a Deputy Construction Director to oversee operations across the Kingdom. Candidates must possess a strong construction background, excellent English and Arabic communication skills, and a primary degree in civil engineering or construction management. The ideal applicant will have at least seven years of management experience in the region. This is a pivotal role within a rapidly growing consultancy.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
- Minimum of seven years of experience in the region in a management role.
- Experience with reputable contractors or consultants.

- Excellent English/Arabic skills (written and verbal) preferably Western educated but with at least seven years operating in the region in a management capacity.
- Strong construction background preferably with a contractor and consultant of repute.
- Strong personal, organisational, presentation skills and ability to interface with Clients
- Primary degree in civil engineering or construction management
- Strong technical and management background
- MSc/MBA in Construction/Organisational Management preferred.
