Job description
As a Product Manager at Ebra, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of core features on our AI-powered debt collection platform. Your mandate is to work with designers to build and iterate recovery solutions that are efficient for creditors and fair for consumers. You will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, AI/ML, and business teams to replace manual, fragmented processes with intelligent, compliant, and user-centered experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Road mapping
  • Define and evolve product strategy aligned with company OKRs and creditor/debtor needs.
  • Own and maintain a living product roadmap with clear priorities, delivery milestones, and performance targets.
Customer Discovery & Insights
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and debt portfolio analysis to deeply understand user behavior (debtors and creditors).
  • Validate assumptions using data and insights; consistently represent the voice of both debtors and creditors in product decisions.

Execution & Delivery
  • Translate ideas into clear product specs and collaborate with engineering and AI teams to deliver them.
  • Drive feature design, iteration, and launch across core modules such as debtor outreach, dispute resolution, dashboard analytics, and payment workflows.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Work closely with operations, compliance, AI, and client success teams to ensure launch readiness and operational scalability.
  • Coordinate go-to-market efforts with sales and marketing when launching new capabilities or sectors.

Measurement & Optimization
  • Define and track product KPIs (e.g., contact rate, time-to-first-payment, recovery uplift).
  • Run experiments, evaluate impact, and iterate based on data and insights.

Required Qualifications and Skills
Experience
  • 3-6 years in product management, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B/B2B2C platforms.
  • Proven track record shipping products in complex or regulated environments (bonus: AI/ML-powered, debt, finance, or govtech).
  • Strong analytical decision-making skills; able to prioritize with incomplete data using frameworks like RICE, impact/effort, or PMF loops.
  • Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Execution-focused: bias toward speed, clarity, and unblocking teams.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the Saudi financial or telecom ecosystem.
  • Exposure to conversational interfaces (voice/SMS/chat), scoring models, or collections software.
