  • Multi-site management experience.
  • Has produced and delivered branded training content.

Responsibilities

  • Accelerate Delivery Performance: Sales & Transactions.
  • Define SOPs for Delivery Handling by brand.
  • Work closely with brand operations to define problems and identify solutions.
  • Identify IT solutions for delivery with Alshaya IT.
  • Track, monitor and share guest feedback on aggregator platforms by location/market.

Job description
Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
  • Accelerate Delivery Performance: Sales & Transactions
  • Defining, agreeing and implementing high‑quality Change & Release Management processes
  • Report Delivery Sales and ADT progress by brand, by market & format weekly
  • Report Delivery Total Guest Experience Time by brand, by market & format weekly
  • Define SOPs for Delivery Handling by brand
  • Work with Brand Operations & training to produce delivery operating SOPs & Manuals
  • Develop Operating Manual for Delivery Operations by concept
  • Clearly defined brand standard timings breakdown by concept by brand (Order Received until Order Dispatched < 10 mins)
  • Work closely with brand operations to define problems and identify solutions
  • Work alongside operators in high‑volume delivery locations to understand challenges and provide solutions
  • Work closely with delivery team to relay aggregator concerns from brands
  • Identify IT solutions for delivery with Alshaya IT
  • Share best practice across brands
  • Identify key staffing models for Dark Kitchens
  • Track, monitor and share guest feedback on aggregator platforms by location / market
  • Feedback to brand operations on any consistent themed guest, aggregator & employee feedback
  • Guest recovery process put into place
  • Guest survey for key feedback in delivery channel by brand by marketplace
  • Assist brand operations with WIQ integration roll‑out
  • Define SOPs for WIQ delivery by brand
  • Work closely with relevant departments on WIQ functionality and updates for each brand
Knowledge:
  • Bachelor’s degree
