Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Engineer, Quality Control (GRP) | 5+ Years Experience

Saudi Pipe System is a leading manufacturer and supplier of piping solutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, serving infrastructure, district cooling, oil & gas, and industrial projects. We are expanding our manufacturing operations and are seeking a qualified Pre-Insulated Pipe Production Engineer with strong GRP experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize production of pre-insulated piping systems, including GRP carrier pipes, insulation, and GRP casing
• Ensure compliance with ASTM, ISO, and EN standards
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, HSE, and Maintenance teams
• Improve production efficiency, quality, and cost control
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions
• Prepare technical and production reports
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in GRP pipe manufacturing (mandatory)
• Experience in pre-insulated pipe systems is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of filament winding, curing, testing, and inspection
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
