We are seeking a Learning Associate to join our expanding team within Amazon Operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (BA/BCom/BE/BTech or equivalent), proficiency in computer usage, email, and MS Office Suite, and excellent organizational skills. They should be able to handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work in different areas as required by training needs.

The candidate must be an Arabic speaker with professional English skills and be available to work in different shifts. The role involves working with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and associates to improve long-term capabilities and operational metrics. Responsibilities include delivering network standard training, coaching associates, managing training compliance, and partnering with leaders to enhance training processes.

• Prior training, teaching, or presentation experience
• Previous experience as a trainer
• Willingness to work different shifts and in various areas as needed
• Excellent attendance and organizational skills
• Ability to translate English content into Arabic
