Job Description

• Design and develop AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Implement and customize AEM Sites, Assets, Forms, and other modules.
• Integrate AEM with third-party applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Develop custom OSGi components, Sling Servlets, and JCR-based content structures.
• Optimize AEM performance, caching, and scalability.
• Work with front-end developers to implement responsive UI/UX within AEM.
• Troubleshoot and debug AEM-related issues and system performance.
• Follow best practices for AEM security, permissions, and content governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AEM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Adobe AEM development.
• Strong expertise in AEM 6.x, Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and HTL/Sightly.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integrations with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Adobe Cloud Services, AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) is a plus.
• Experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Adobe Certified AEM Developer certification is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign is a bonus.
• Familiarity with headless CMS and AEM Content Fragments/Experience Fragments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices for AEM deployments.
