Job summary

- User Research & Strategy – Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, app maps, and sitemaps.
- Design Execution – Create low-fidelity prototypes and evolve them into polished, high-fidelity designs.
- Design Systems – Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
- Platform Standards – Ensure all designs follow iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design standards.
- Collaboration – Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align vision with implementation.
- Accessibility & Testing – Apply accessibility best practices, conduct usability testing, and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
This is a fully remote position, requiring proactive communication, time management, and accountability. You will collaborate with a global, cross-functional team while maintaining the flexibility to work from anywhere.
- 3–7 years of proven UX/UI design experience with mobile applications.
