About Tamara's Builders Program - Graduate Track

Our 12 month program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders. It is a comprehensive and hands‑on experience designed to accelerate your growth.

You will work with an executive mentor to help tackle company‑wide initiatives with key stakeholders and gain professional development while handling live business challenges and making a mark from day one. Your role

As a corporate strategy associate within Tamara's CEO Office, you'll play a key supporting role in shaping the company’s long‑term direction and growth. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain first‑hand exposure to strategic thinking at the highest level.

In this role, you will contribute to projects that span market research, data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and strategic planning. You will collaborate with different teams to support business initiatives that will help Tamara continue leading the way in how people shop, pay, and bank.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the Corporate Strategy team with research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for the CEO and executive team
  • Help evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships or expansion ideas
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, strategic workshops, and cross‑functional discussions
  • Monitor performance indicators and assist with business insights generation
  • Stay on top of industry news and trends to bring fresh ideas to the table
Your Expertise:
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Internship, co‑op, or up to 2 years of experience in finance, consulting, or strategy‑related fields
  • Prior exposure to consulting or fintech is a plus
Skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with financial data and models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in preparing clear and concise materials for leadership and investors
  • Detail‑oriented with a high standard of precision in documents, presentations, and meeting notes
