Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure the smooth operation of all construction projects.
• Review and analyze construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, change orders, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, and report any discrepancies to project managers.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress and identify potential issues or delays.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to provide updates and address concerns.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on construction sites.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions for project challenges.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in construction project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
