Join our SI Buildings division as a Digital Solutions Architect to lead the adoption and integration of Building X into the business, driving digital transformation.

Siemens' Smart Infrastructure Buildings business seeks an experienced Digital Solutions Architect to champion Building X adoption, modernize infrastructure, enhance customer experiences, and deliver scalable, future-ready smart building solutions.

• Lead digital presales and architecture efforts in collaboration with Portfolio Leads, Sales Teams, and HQ.
• Own solution architecture and delivery of Building X-based digital platforms.
• Define and implement customer-facing products aligned with the Smart Building strategy.
• Act as the technical champion for Building X, fostering internal and external integration and partner collaboration.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for Building X adoption across country business units.
• Identify transformation opportunities within core business processes using Building X capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align offerings with national digitalization goals.
• Drive awareness, training, and enablement programs to accelerate Building X adoption.
• Monitor adoption metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and value.
• Use Design Thinking for customer conversations, ideation workshops, and user reviews.
• Translate business needs into actionable use cases with clear value propositions.
• Lead solution design, bid submissions, presentations, and PoC initiatives.
• Define system requirements, interfaces, and user experience platforms.
• Present architecture solutions to customers for approval and implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, HQ, and partners on product roadmaps.
• Manage partnerships within the Building X ecosystem to enhance solutions.
• Work with consultants and designers to refine customer requirements.
• Gather client and partner feedback for continuous improvement.
• Review documentation for risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with digital strategies and market relevance.
• Collaborate with MEP/ELV system owners during design stages.
• Support business development with technical reviews and sourcing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in Solution Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL), AWS/Azure.
• 10+ years in solution architecture and digital presales.
• 8+ years in customer workshops, testing, and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of IT/OT integration, IoT, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and smart building tech.
• Experience with SDKs, APIs, protocols like BACnet, MQTT.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Experience in healthcare, airports, real estate, education, or public sector is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, proactive, and adaptable.
• Willing to travel regionally.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
