Job summary
A leading technology company is looking for Electrical Engineers to join their Tamayuz Program in Jeddah or Riyadh. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with Senior engineers in various environments, including engineering, proposals, and factory operations. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering with relevant coursework and skills in Power Automation. This position supports developing key systems in the energy sector, providing a platform for professional growth.
Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate major in Electrical Engineering with relevant coursework.
- Passionate about Power Automation systems and eager to learn.
- Knowledge of electrical power engineering and related fields.
Responsibilities
- Support developing Switchgear configurations for medium voltage systems.
- Assist in creating System Architecture for Automation systems in Power Systems.
- Participate in engineering prequalification activities.

Candidate must be an undergraduate (Diploma) or graduate electrical engineering major with coursework and/or experience in electrical distribution systems and relay protection.
Currently, we are hiring individuals under the Tamayuz Program for different fields (Factory Environment, Engineering Environment and Proposal Environment).
- Engineering Environment:
- Work closely with Senior engineers and technical experts in the field of Engineering services.
- Support in developing Switchgear configurations and protection schemes activities for medium voltage switchgears.
- Support in developing System Architecture for Automation systems in the field of Power Systems.
- Organization, preparation, attendance, evaluation and documentation for the prequalification activities from engineering perspective.
- Participation in addressing short-term issues in the context of day-to-day business.
- Proposal Environment:
- Work closely with Senior engineers and technical experts in the field of Proposals.
- Support in developing Switchgear configurations activities for medium voltage switchgears.
- Support in developing System Architecture for Automation systems in the field of Power Systems based on customer tender specifications.
- Organization, preparation, attendance, evaluation and documentation for the prequalification activities.
- Participation in addressing short-term issues in the context of day-to-day business.
- Factory Environment:
- Works closely with Senior Automation engineers in developing and implementing systems configuration and parameterization.
- Learn and adapt quickly in reviewing customer specifications.
- Participation in addressing short-term issues in the context of day-to-day business.
- Undergraduate (Diploma) or Graduate Electrical/Electronics or Computer science Engineering Major currently completed course and will to work and learn in the field of Electrical Power Systems Fundamentals, and other relevant courses related to electrical Transmission/Distribution Automation & Protection Automation Systems.
- Passionate in the field of Power Automation systems.
- Must have flair for learning OT systems (Operational Technology).
- Knowledge of electrical power engineering theory and/or electrical construction.
- Must have working knowledge with MS Office.
