Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in Order Management or Project Management in a factory environment.
  • Strong team player capable of working in a Matrix Organization.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and verify customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process orders in compliance with company requirements and policies.
  • Monitor and update IPO status to PCC, following OC guidelines.
  • Dispatch shipments and update customers on delivery status.
  • Track and expedite deliveries to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Report and clarify any issues raised by PCC or customers promptly.

Skills

Team player
Proficient in MS Office
Basic working experience with Primavera/MS Projects or SAP
Proficient in Power BI

Education
