Your Role – International, Challenging And Future‑Oriented!
  • Generate profitable sales in consultative selling model for turnkey solutions in Building Automation (BMS), Lighting Control, Security, Access Control Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, and related to 3rd party smart systems to provide fully integrated Smart Solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for Siemens Building Automation systems, Security and Fire Alarm Systems, promote Siemens Fire Safety products and services to key stakeholders, including customers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Analyze specific market conditions and build a sound market‑related network of stakeholders.
  • Collect data related to market transparency to prepare business growth plans and strategy.
  • Manage accounts and secure relationships with key local & national engineering contracting companies (General Contractor, EPC Contractors, MEP Contractors) for identification of projects and securing the market share from them on target verticals like healthcare, data‑center, commercial, higher education, telecom and other infrastructure.
  • Build relationships with key end users in private, government and semi‑government sectors as well as major engineering design and consulting companies to identify and influence projects from early stage.
  • Manage the full sales process from identification, techno‑commercial offer compilation, and negotiations on contracts to comply with relevant technical standards, manage financial exposure, positive cash flow & risk ensuring that projects are closed with healthy terms and conditions as per Siemens business guidelines.
  • Ensure weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual forecast of business while using business tools like Salesforce and similar CRM applications.
  • Strong market & domain knowledge in key verticals such as healthcare, data center, hospitality, education, defense, telecom, banking, and other critical applications.
  • Work in cooperation with other BUs and other departments leveraging cross‑BU selling and leveraging Siemens overall brand.
  • Reporting to the area sales manager, solutions & services, smart infrastructure business, Siemens Industries, KSA.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
  • Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Computer Science‑Engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 7‑10 years of relevant experience in sales, solution development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with experience in total building solution including BMS, LCS, security and fire alarm systems for a manufacturer or channel partner in a sales role (5‑7 years).
  • Understanding of promoting premium solutions with value‑selling against price‑driven market/competitors.
  • Strong know‑how of building management, lighting control (KNX) and security systems products and solutions.
  • Strong Saudi market knowledge of contractors, consultants and end‑users in Central Region.
  • Good understanding of contract terms and conditions as per Saudi law.
  • Integrative team‑working style with a go‑getter, self‑driven attitude.
  • Strong organizational and sales management skills.
  • Arabic & English speaker.
