Main tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Advanced knowledge and proficiency using model authoring software such as Revit, BIM software, etc.
• Manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and quality on all related files & models.
• Provide CAD drafting / BIM modeling support and develop BIM plans and understand the scope of work.
• Troubleshoot any BIM-related issues. Manage BIM project benchmarks to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to create Revit work sets and understanding of the Revit work sharing process.
• Understanding of 3D coordination with other trades including being able to create and manipulate Revit families as needed and fluency in the current version of Revit software.
• Fluency for importing documents, such as spreadsheets, photos, images, and word processing files into Revit projects.
• Fluency in Autodesk Navis Works, Autodesk Design Review, and working knowledge of 3D layout and design.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Understanding of mechanical construction principles and processes (a plus, but not required)
• Proficiency and experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD), software to create 3D and 2D.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage and maintain drawing archives organized records, ensuring all revisions and updates are properly documented.
• Assist and participate in the compilation of basic process design data; finalizes process scheme & equipment selection.
• Assist design engineer for process and design.
• Carry out & review process, detailed designs; piping & gas.
• Prepares preliminary design, drawings, detailed drawings and fabrication details.
• Participates with the design engineer in the final selection of process, plant and equipment.
• Liaises with project & proposals engineers to ensure smooth implementation of design’ carries out design checks and certification as required.
• Carry out product standardization and manage project engineering documentation.
• Carries out any other duties related to the area of expertise as assigned by the design manager or his designee.

• Associate or bachelor's degree in drafting, engineering, or a relevant field. Degree from a technical college also acceptable.

• Experience in Revit, BIM and computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).

• Ability to work well in a team and on your own.

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• Follow the road traffic rules while driving to and from home to work (fasten seat belt, maintain speed limits, never use mobile / eat/drink/smoke while driving, drive in a fit condition).

• Ensure to read the safety moments / Alerts / other information shared by the HSE Team.
• Before visiting any site, factory, and/or warehouse, make sure to inform the safety team to get the right induction and prepare LMRA and the needed PPE.
• Always maintain office safety such as keeping your files/papers in the correct place, keeping the drawers closed after use, arranging the electrical cables secured to avoid slips & trips, reporting any lost connections or damaged electrical components, and ensuring your office is clean and tidy
• Report to HR/HSE if you are facing stress, fatigue, any form of harassment, or bullying at the workplace.
