The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands‑on construction management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and subcontract packages.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Provide strategic direction across key assignments, driving effective planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Support senior leadership in due diligence, business development, and long‑term strategy.
  • Foster collaboration, knowledge‑sharing, and strong stakeholder relationships across all project environments.
  • Develop detailed 4D planning outputs that reflect project, logistics, and site constraints.
  • Monitor progress through productivity reviews and visual reporting, supporting weekly updates.
  • Coordinate team activities and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver project requirements while collaborating to reduce carbon impacts and support net‑zero objectives.
You’ll need to have:
  • Extensive 4D planning expertise integrating BIM, schedules, and site progress for complex projects.
  • Proven experience across infrastructure, residential, or hospitality programmes with strong commercial and stakeholder capability.
  • Knowledge of sustainability, carbon impacts, sequencing, logistics, and RIBA stages.
  • Relevant built‑environment degree and professional membership or progression toward chartership.
  • Experience with Synchro (or similar), P6, Navisworks, and preferably ACC.
  • Extensive industry experience, preferably with mega‑project experience.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high‑valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
