Hotel Maintenance Engineer vacancy in Tarut, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standards are achieved and maintained.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Follow and enforce procedures that ensure the security of inventory such as tools, supplies, equipment, and furniture; replenish supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner; and minimize waste.
• Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly, including procurement of materials and parts, with a high degree of quality.
• Monitor the efficiency of equipment and electrical systems (e.g., air conditioning controls, guest entrance/access doors, televisions, lighting systems) and perform minor repairs and/or replacements to ensure proper operation and maximum efficiency.
