Job summary

A defense contractor in Riyadh is seeking a highly skilled FMS COMSEC Program Manager to oversee COMSEC operations and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will provide expert advisory support to the partner nation's Ministry of Defense and manage proper handling of Controlled Cryptographic Items while also coordinating with U.S. Government stakeholders. Candidates must hold an active security clearance and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years’ experience managing COMSEC accounts or programs.
  • Experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs or international defense cooperation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advisory support to partner nation Ministry of Defense and COMSEC leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with NSA and DoD regulations for handling COMSEC materials.
  • Develop and manage COMSEC policies and training plans.

Skills

Strong knowledge of NSA and DoD COMSEC directives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong documentation and accountability skills
Knowledge of secure telephone systems

Education

Graduate of National Security Agency (NSA) COMSEC course
Graduate of formal COMSEC training
