Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ experience managing COMSEC accounts or programs.
• Experience in Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs or international defense cooperation.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory support to partner nation Ministry of Defense and COMSEC leadership.
• Ensure compliance with NSA and DoD regulations for handling COMSEC materials.
• Develop and manage COMSEC policies and training plans.

Knowledge of secure telephone systems

Education

Graduate of National Security Agency (NSA) COMSEC course
