The Team:

The EMEA Energy Transition Consulting Team is a trusted advisor to leading companies in the traditional and new energy sectors, investors, and governments. Our work includes energy transition strategy development, transaction due diligence, emissions reduction roadmaps, supply chain assessments, and ESG/Energy policy advisory.

As part of this dynamic team, you will work alongside consultants and subject matter experts from diverse backgrounds. The fast-paced, varied nature of our projects provides the opportunity to develop a wide skill set while engaging with senior industry leaders and policymakers across the Middle East and beyond.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Lead and oversee consulting project delivery, defining approach, frameworks, data, and analysis to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Guide and mentor consultants, ensuring high-quality analysis and insight generation using advanced data analytics tools.
  • Deliver findings through written reports, client presentations, and strategic discussions, including leading client meetings and report presentations.
  • Support business development efforts by leading proposal preparation, pitch deck creation, and participating in client engagement and scoping meetings.
  • Leverage industry expertise and professional networks to develop thought leadership on key energy transition topics and trends.
What We're Looking For:

Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
  • Proven management consulting experience from a reputable consulting firm, including end-to-end project delivery, client presentations, and development of deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the energy transition sector, including the energy value chain, critical minerals, renewable power, emissions reduction, and environmental management.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience spanning consulting, industry, or finance roles with demonstrated commercial analysis, financial modeling, research/benchmarking, and M&A-related skills integrated into consulting delivery.
  • Experience in the Middle East and GCC energy landscape is highly favorable.
  • Minimum of a BSc in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, or Process preferred); post-graduate degree in finance, economics, or business is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
