Job summary

We are looking for a Cluster Lead / Area Manager to join our dynamic team. The Cluster Lead owns end‑to‑end operational performance for a group of Supermall stores, ensuring best‑in‑class TATs, NPS, assortment availability, and cost efficiency. This role is directly responsible for manpower management, store performance, last‑mile experience, and P&L for assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Customer Experience
  • Ensure stringent Delivery TATs for the cluster.
  • Own NPS & customer experience at cluster level.
  • Manage CIR / After‑Sales escalations & closures.
  • Ensure zero downtime, store availability & proactive shutdown governance.
Manpower & Delivery Associate (DA) Governance
  • DA availability planning, shift rostering & adherence.
  • DA hiring, grooming, appearance standards & training.
  • DA happiness, retention & monthly satisfaction surveys.
Store Operations & Inventory
  • Govern Putaway, picking, batching & logistics efficiency.
  • Retail > Store direct movement governance.
  • Manage damages, losses & shrinkage controls.
Performance, TAT & Efficiency
  • Daily TAT monitoring, deep‑dives & corrective actions.
  • Improve batching, routing, and manpower utilization.
  • Drive SMNM actions and store‑level SOP compliance.
Revenue & Space Optimization
  • Improve revenue per sq. ft. across stores.
  • Optimize physical space, re‑layout stores & highlight opportunities.
  • Monitor assortment availability & in‑stock %.
Cost Ownership & P&L
  • Own cluster P&L including manpower costs, logistics & store operating costs.
  • Run incentive programs & ensure ROI‑driven productivity improvement.
BTL & City Support
  • Support local marketing, BTL activations & city‑level partnerships.
What you’ll need
  • 5–6 years experience in Q‑commerce, hyperlocal, warehousing or retail ops.
  • Strong leadership with ability to manage large DA + store teams.
  • Analytical ability to diagnose TAT, NPS and operational issues.
  • Hands‑on operator with strong city‑level understanding.
