Description

We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with the potential to lead and own/start/grow/manage a business vertical, in a high-growth developing market, with eventual complete P&L responsibility and accountability for office growth and performance. Given the expanding opportunities for the Staffing and HR industry, we need a dynamic executive who can drive both strategic direction and day‑to‑day operations while maintaining strong commercial growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the business including sales, delivery, operations, and talent management while building on our existing client relationships and expanding into new market segments. Identify business opportunities, develop the solutions, hire and build team, acquire new clients and logos and retain and enhance existing client base by exceeding client expectations, provide the best account management services, delivery and operations support. The role requires a strategic business leader with proven commercial acumen and a track record of scaling operations in professional services. Sales Leader with a growth‑driven mindset with a strong sense of professionalism. They must be comfortable with a high pace of delivery, multi‑tasking, execution and growing the team. A high level of cross‑country/functional/ business‑vertical collaboration is essential to expand our presence in our identified markets.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Market Expansion
  • Spearhead market penetration strategies across different segments and price points
  • Lead enterprise sales efforts and maintain key client relationships at C‑suite level
  • Identify and develop new business lines and service offerings to capture market opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and industry stakeholders
  • Lead innovative/new business lines, support TASC growth in new sectors and help business grow organically and inorganically
  • Develop a market penetration and business development strategy along with Sales team, across different market segments and at different price points
Strategic Leadership & P&L Management
  • Drive overall country strategy and own full P&L accountability for the KSA office, including revenue, gross margin targets, profitability, and operational efficiency targets
  • Lead all aspects of the business including sales, delivery, operations, and support functions
  • Develop and execute both short‑term and long‑term business plans to ensure sustainable growth
  • Manage office budget, resource allocation, and investment decisions
Operational Excellence & Team Leadership
  • Build, mentor, and lead high‑performing teams across sales, delivery, and operations
  • Ensure operational efficiency and service excellence across all business functions
  • Establish and maintain robust processes for quality delivery and risk management & drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization
  • Supervise/Guide the recruitment team to ensure high end contractor delivery for niche projects
  • Work with the Operations and Delivery team to consistently deliver superior services
Sales & Delivery Oversight
  • Guide sales strategy and support team in complex deal negotiations
  • Oversee key account management and customer retention initiatives
  • Ensure alignment between sales promises and delivery capabilities
  • Monitor and enhance delivery quality metrics and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure Account Management best practices are followed by self and team for customer retention
Business Development & Market Presence
  • Represent the company at high‑level industry forums and client meetings
  • Drive marketing and branding initiatives to enhance market presence
  • Lead strategic proposals and contract negotiations for major opportunities
  • Identify and evaluate potential M&A or partnership opportunities
  • Generate new client leads and work with the Sales team to actively penetrate existing and new segments in Enterprise sales
  • Assist and give feedback to the Marketing department for advertisement and support activities required to enhance sales efforts and reach out to larger client base
