A leading amusement park in the Riyadh Region is seeking a Host to welcome guests and manage attraction lines. You will provide information and ensure a positive experience while upholding safety protocols. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, with a high school diploma and some experience in customer service. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, is essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in an amusement park.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

The Host - Attractions at Six Flags Qiddiya City and Aquarabia is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for guests as they arrive at various attractions throughout the park. This role involves greeting guests, managing lines, and ensuring that all safety and operational protocols are followed. The Host will provide information about attractions and entertainment options, monitor guest flow, and assist in maintaining a clean and organized area. A friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they approach attractions, providing a positive first impression
  • Manage attraction lines efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
  • Communicate attraction safety guidelines and operational procedures to guests
  • Provide information about park attractions, entertainment options, and special events
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns, ensuring prompt and friendly service
  • Monitor guest flow to maintain a positive atmosphere and avoid overcrowding
  • Collaborate with ride operators and other team members to ensure operational efficiency
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance guest service skills and performance

Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
