Key Responsibilities:

3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and project management to deliver cohesive and impactful visual solutions.
4. Identity and Branding Management: Develop and enhance the company’s visual identity and branding across all creative materials, ensuring consistency and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative vision and strategic thinking to deliver original and impactful design solutions.
2. Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
2. At least five years of experience in an Art Director or Senior Designer role, ideally within an agency or recognized brand.
3. A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects across different platforms (print, digital, social media).
4. Proven experience in developing and managing brand identity and visual storytelling.
5. Solid understanding of marketing principles and consumer trends to guide creative strategies.
