What You'll Do for Us:
  • Assume project leader role on projects, facilitating collective genius and collaboration across internal and external partners.
  • Drive vertical integration of projects through transformation of brand strategies/campaigns to actionable and measurable activation plans on both consumer and shopper fronts in collaboration with internal cross functional and bottler teams.
  • Drive system wide alignment and oversee the execution of national/regional/channel/account specific campaigns and promotions that will amplify the brand ideas/programs/innovations aligned to be deployed in the market.
  • Lead bottler alignment on projects (both marketing campaigns and innovations) leading through key strategies, objectives, system investment, activity calendar, success metrics in partnership with Category and Franchise teams.
  • As the budget owner, own direct marketing expense management and due diligence related to the market.
  • Bring a holistic understanding-based brand analytics in the specific projects as well as on the overall brand progression that would feed into risks/opportunities of the brands/business/region/channels.
  • Be the champion of local insights both brand/projects based as well as overall consumer psyche and feed them to rest of the system for effective strategy articulation and activation planning.
  • Manage brand activation at the field level, including point of sale activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging market assets), in coordination with bottling team.
  • Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry in KSA, including leading smaller teams.
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
  • Business, commercial and financial acumen.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
  • Experience in market research and ability to interpret data to drive brand strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong creative and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage external agencies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Preference for Saudi Nationals.
