About the Role & Team

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding customers’ business issues and processes, defining and documenting customer needs, and providing functional requirements and expertise for translating these needs into SITA solutions across different portfolios.

The Associate Business Analyst ensures that solutions comply with SITA’s processes, validates and enhances customer requirements, manages change requests, and proposes technical solutions and pricing models to meet business requirements, thereby ensuring financial profitability and supporting business growth.

You will be accountable for reinforcing and retaining our unique positioning as the most trusted strategic partner to our customers leveraging our diverse culture, passion, expertise and geographical presence with a consultative approach.

Reporting to the Senior Business Consultant, you will be a part of the Consultancy team included in the MEA Business Transformation Team with the Innovation and Marketing teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the primary interface for salespersons to support customers’ engagements on technical & commercial matters.
  • Analyze and document customer requirements and business process.
  • Work with customers to better understand their business models and develop sound technical solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Provide customers with comprehensive, up‑to‑date information on SITA products, product enhancements and new solutions, through customer meetings and workshops.
  • Build simple business cases, based on standard pricing models, to gain management support ensuring SITA’s profitability at all times.
  • Acts as a source for commercial expertise through the understanding of SITA’s existing customers, contracts, products, markets, and competitors.
  • Perform basic data analysis and reporting.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure efficient transfer of projects for implementation.
  • Work closely with Marketing team to support strategic initiatives to improve product/service value‑based proposition messaging and lead generation.
  • Work closely with Innovation team to participate in customer workshops and new initiatives.
Qualifications

About Your Skills:

  • Native Arabic Speaker & fluent in English.
  • 3 years of experience in business analysis.
  • Aviation Industry Experience.
  • AI Awareness & Digital Curiosity and adaptability.
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving with a Collaborative, Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering.
  • Customer focus thinking.
  • Ability to work independently but also effectively in diverse groups at various levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Please note that only Saudi nationals and residents of Saudi Arabia will be considered for this position.
