Marketing Executive
Your Day-to-Day:
  • Assisting in analyzing competitor positioning—both direct and indirect—to help define a clear and differentiated market stance for target audiences.
  • Monitoring market trends and consumer behaviour to ensure offerings across the hotel and its outlets align with guest expectations, adapting strategies where necessary.
  • Contributing to a content strategy that delivers consistent, relevant messaging across all platforms to attract, convert, and retain customers.
  • Creating content for room and F&B campaigns that align with business goals, resonate with the audience, and drive conversions. Assist in setting up performance tracking systems to measure success.
  • Supporting the development of strategic partnerships and sponsorships that increase brand awareness and enhance brand preference.
  • Managing social media platforms and processes to drive tactical campaigns, engage audiences, and grow the hotel’s digital presence and client database.
What we’re looking for?
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to manage workload independently
  • Proven experience in content creation for web, print, and social media
  • Creative and innovative with a keen interest in digital trends and emerging technologies
  • A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with graphic/web design tools is a plus
  • Hands‑on experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and offline marketing channels
  • Video editing skills are a strong advantage
  • High level of professionalism, grooming, and personal hygiene
