Fire Sales Engineer - Saudi Arabia / Al Khobar

Join our Smart Infrastructure Buildings team as the Fire Sales Engineer to help re-imagine the world by delivering innovative solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow.

Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented!

We are seeking a Fire Sales Representative (Fire alarm and Fire suppression systems) for our Solution business. You will plan and execute sales activities, develop fire partners, and represent our complete portfolio with a focus on fire safety.

You will be responsible for sales in your region, achieving targets through collaboration with other Siemens business units. You will join a dynamic, diverse team and have support from the entire organization.

  1. Manage sales performance for your product lines in your area.
  2. Generate profitable sales through consultative engagement with clients to understand needs and offer tailored fire alarm and suppression solutions.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for Siemens Fire Alarm Systems.
  4. Promote Siemens products to consultants, contractors, EPCs, and end-users across industries.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to cross-sell solutions and enhance the Siemens brand.
  6. Coordinate proposals with the Back Office and support functions for efficient customer service.
  7. Build market understanding and establish relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  8. Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to business strategies.
  9. Identify and influence early-stage projects by connecting with consultants and stakeholders.
  10. Maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.
  11. Establish relationships with key end-users and engineering firms to influence projects early on.
  12. Act as a fire sales specialist.
  13. Develop new customer accounts.
  14. Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance with standards, managing risks, and securing favorable terms.
  15. Provide technical and sales consultation on fire alarm and suppression systems.
  16. Maintain sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.
  17. Work with other business units leveraging cross-selling and Siemens’ brand.
  18. Report to the Area Sales Manager, Solutions & Services, Smart Infrastructure Buildings BU, Siemens Industries, KSA.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
  • Engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 5-7 years relevant sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in fire alarm systems for manufacturers or channel partners.
  • Understanding of promoting premium solutions with value-based selling in a competitive market.
  • Experience with Siemens Fire Safety products or similar leading fire systems is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm System products and solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi market, including contractors, consultants, and end-users in the Eastern Region.
  • Results-driven, energetic, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of Saudi contract law.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-driven with a team-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and sales management skills.
  • Knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations.
