Your Role – International, Challenging, and Future-Oriented!
We are seeking a Fire Sales Representative (Fire alarm and Fire suppression systems) for our Solution business. You will plan and execute sales activities, develop fire partners, and represent our complete portfolio with a focus on fire safety.
You will be responsible for sales in your region, achieving targets through collaboration with other Siemens business units. You will join a dynamic, diverse team and have support from the entire organization.
- Manage sales performance for your product lines in your area.
- Generate profitable sales through consultative engagement with clients to understand needs and offer tailored fire alarm and suppression solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for Siemens Fire Alarm Systems.
- Promote Siemens products to consultants, contractors, EPCs, and end-users across industries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to cross-sell solutions and enhance the Siemens brand.
- Coordinate proposals with the Back Office and support functions for efficient customer service.
- Build market understanding and establish relationships with key stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to business strategies.
- Identify and influence early-stage projects by connecting with consultants and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Establish relationships with key end-users and engineering firms to influence projects early on.
- Act as a fire sales specialist.
- Develop new customer accounts.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, ensuring compliance with standards, managing risks, and securing favorable terms.
- Provide technical and sales consultation on fire alarm and suppression systems.
- Maintain sales forecasts and reports using CRM tools.
- Work with other business units leveraging cross-selling and Siemens’ brand.
- Report to the Area Sales Manager, Solutions & Services, Smart Infrastructure Buildings BU, Siemens Industries, KSA.
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
- Engineering bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- 5-7 years relevant sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in fire alarm systems for manufacturers or channel partners.
- Understanding of promoting premium solutions with value-based selling in a competitive market.
- Experience with Siemens Fire Safety products or similar leading fire systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Fire Alarm System products and solutions.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi market, including contractors, consultants, and end-users in the Eastern Region.
- Results-driven, energetic, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of Saudi contract law.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-driven with a team-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and sales management skills.
- Knowledge of fire safety standards and regulations.
