The Project Director is responsible for guiding project teams to ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to time constraints and budgetary limitations.

In this senior leadership position, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to drive project objectives and ensure quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee all project phases from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget thresholds.
  • Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and budgets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that outline goals, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Identify potential risks and implement risk management strategies to mitigate issues before they arise.
  • Lead project meetings, preparing reports and updates for upper management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations throughout all project operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • A minimum of 20 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience in building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
