Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Mecca.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project, from planning to completion.
• Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that costs are kept within the approved budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and other team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
