Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at one of the three location Riyadh, Qassam

or Hail. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills
• Training and Development knowledge
• HR policy implementation experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Conflict resolution and mediation skills
• Experience in health care sector or pharmaceutical
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration
• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
• HR certification (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
