About the Company :

Key Responsibilities :
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person reception.
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce training programs and membership options.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans to ensure satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with potential leads and close sales efficiently.
  • Address feedback and complaints professionally to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Accurately document all interactions and calls using Bevatel and prepare periodic reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet organizational goals.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and maintaining the club’s positive reputation
Requirements
  • Saudi nationality.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or telesales (experience in the sports sector is preferred).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets.
  • Professional and courteous in handling all customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in computer use and cloud-based systems (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
  • Familiarity with contact center systems (Bevatel or similar).
  • English proficiency is a plus.
