Job summary

A global hospitality leader seeks a dedicated individual in Al-Qassim Province, Saudi Arabia, to provide exceptional guest service at their hotel. Responsibilities include managing reservations, assisting guests, and fostering a welcoming environment. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and fluency in both Arabic and English. Experience with hospitality systems like Opera is a plus, and a commitment to teamwork is essential.

Job Description
  • Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up‑selling.
  • Update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process.
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
  • Take ownership of the guest’s request and ensure follow up according to the hotel’s standards.
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
  • Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
  • Preferably prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Fluency in both Arabic & English.
