Job summary
A global leader in lifestyle management is looking for a Talent Development Specialist in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing and delivering training for lifestyle managers, managing training materials, and collaborating with various stakeholders to identify development needs. The ideal candidate will bring over three years of experience in training, particularly within the travel or aviation sectors, and will possess strong communication skills in English. - Experience with Global Distribution System (Amadeus preferred) and GDS training.
- Strong verbal and written communication in professional English; German or French is a plus.

- Design and deliver induction training, on‑job coaching, and refresher sessions.

- Analyze travel processes and systems, support implementation of new releases, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma; 3+ years in training and talent development, including travel or aviation industry experience.
- Experience with Global Distribution System (Amadeus preferred) and GDS training.
- Proficiency in learning management systems, e‑learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication in professional English; additional German or French is a plus.
- Track record of coaching, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
