Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and deliver induction training, on‑job coaching, and refresher sessions.
  • Update training materials, manage learner records, and report on training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with line managers, HR, and travel stakeholders to identify training needs and align development plans.
  • Coach team managers and life‑style managers to improve member satisfaction and performance.
  • Analyze travel processes and systems, support implementation of new releases, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma; 3+ years in training and talent development, including travel or aviation industry experience.
  • Experience with Global Distribution System (Amadeus preferred) and GDS training.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems, e‑learning authoring tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in professional English; additional German or French is a plus.
  • Track record of coaching, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
