Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience in project controls.
• Experience in PMO environments and governance framework.
• Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, and construction processes.
• International exposure preferred, especially KSA or GCC experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project controls function within national aviation PMO.
• Handle cost, schedule, risk, and change control for multi-billion SAR portfolio.
• Analyze and report project information to team and client.
